COVID-19 Mar 1st Opening Update – from Father Konstantine and Community Council

From Father Konstantine and the Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Community Council

Dear Faithful Parishioners,

On March 1st, 2022, the Ontario government officially implemented the next stage of the Ontario Reopening Plan.  Within this plan, physical distancing and capacity limits have been lifted.  Please note that masks or face coverings are still required.

In consideration of the Ontario Reopening plan, we will continue to focus on two things moving forward: 1. That our church remains open; 2. For our parishioners to feel safe.

To achieve the above, from Saturday, March 5th until Friday, March 11th, we will continue with physical distancing and assisting our parishioners in church. This will enable our parishioners to move through these reopening stages with comfort and confidence.

As of Saturday, March 12th, we will continue to the next stage of our reopening plan which will include the relaxing of the physical distancing requirements and thus increasing our capacity limits.

We would like to thank you for your continued support throughout these past two years. The pandemic taught us patience.  Let us all continue to demonstrate patience and respect for each other, so we can continue to worship together in a church that is open and safe.
